Terms and Conditions of the AirAsia BIG Rewards Redemption Program
- The AirAsia BIG Rewards Redemption program is open to all active and current C-I-M-B MasterCard Credit Cardholders
- The C-I-M-B credit cardholder must apply for an AirAsia BIG member ID prior to conversion and automatically become a member of the AirAsia BIG Loyalty Program. C-I-M-B will not accept any conversion of points if the C-I-M-B cardholder is not a member of the BIG Loyalty Program. Terms and conditions on the use of the AirAsia BIG loyalty points shall apply.
- The C-I-M-B Cardholder must have sufficient available C-I-M-B Rewards points to redeem for AirAsia BIG points.
- No minimum AirAsia BIG points are required for redemption.
- Processing of AirAsia BIG points redemption is 2-3 banking days.
- The C-I-M-B Cardholder will be notified via SMS. Notification shall be sent to the C-I-M-B Cardholders registered mobile number.
- Successfully converted C-I-M-B points to AirAsia BIG points cannot be reversed and shall be subject to the prevailing terms and conditions of the AirAsia BIG Loyalty program.
- Any request for redemption of the Rewards points for the AirAsia BIG Rewards Redemption Program under the C-I-M-B Credit Cards Rewards Program is deemed to include an automatic authorization to C-I-M-B to give out any necessary information of the cardholder to the supplier/merchant, agent, service provider and/or contractor to complete the redemption process.
